My work is all about capturing the joy of the countryside whether it’s a dachshund zooming after a squirrel or a grumbling, leaky Defender, there’s always personality in everything I create.

Growing up in the picturesque North Yorkshire countryside, I was surrounded by the liveliness of nature, and it’s this rural charm that shapes my art. The hallmark of my work is movement, especially when it comes to dashing dogs, spirited horses, and busy country scenes. Every piece has a sense of fun, with each character sporting a happy, visible smile.

StrayCat is a nod to the cheeky, feral studio cats I’ve rescued along the way, they add just the right amount of mischief and inspiration to my creative process!
